Member Spotlight

This project with Teya is an ongoing content series titled Member Spotlight, launched in 2024. The goal was to highlight local businesses by showcasing who they are, how they operate, and the role Teya plays in supporting their growth. The objective was to create engaging, repeatable content that could live across multiple platforms while strengthening Teya’s relationship with its merchant community.

Our approach moved beyond a traditional sit-down interview format. By visiting businesses on location and focusing on their day-to-day environments, we created a more dynamic and engaging series that felt authentic and relatable. This approach allowed the marketing team to extract more value from each episode while building a recognizable format that continues to evolve over time.
